Looking Ahead: Continued Commitment to Helping Single Parents Achieve Self-Sufficiency

We want to reassure the community that despite these changes, Home Suite Hope (HSH) remains committed to its core mission: helping single parents who are actively working to improve their circumstances. Our programming will continue to focus on providing housing first, wraparound services and supports, helping individuals become self-sufficient, and offering tailored support based on their unique needs.

This does not mean HSH will become an extension of social assistance or subsidized housing. Our programs will still include a comprehensive interview process and participant agreement with clear rules and expectations, ensuring that those who enter the program are committed to improving their lives.

As we look to the future, we invite the community to stay active and involved as we embark on this journey. We hope to continue changing the lives of single parents and their children in Halton, helping them break free from the cycle of poverty and achieve lasting self-sufficiency.
