Valerie Del Hierro

Valerie Del Hierro joined Irving Consumer Products in 2021 and is currently the Vice President of Sales Strategy & Planning on their tissue business.  Prior to Irving, Val spent 17 years with PepsiCo.  Val is passionate about ongoing development and believes in building companies that empower women and men to be their professional and personal best.  She was a founding member of the PepsiCo Women’s Inclusion Network and is excited to be a Co-Founder of WIND (Women Inspiring a Network of Development) at Irving, which launched in 2023.  

Val’s house is a busy one, with her husband, three children and two dogs. They love to travel together, or just curl up for a family movie night.  When she needs some time to herself, Val enjoys running, is trying to get stronger with weights and she simply devours books.

Val served on HSH’s Industry Council prior to being named to its Board of Directors.
